Do you have hermit crabs, snails, and or starfish ?

What type of lighting does the tank have, and how long do you keep them on ?

I'm not up on the ratio, but I'm pretty sure you could get about 10+ more crabs and a few turbo snails. That may help.

Your lights aren't on very long so unless your tank gets a lot of direct sun I'd think you just need more hermit crabs and snails to eat the algae.

Do you also get a lot of algae on your tank walls ?

There might be excess nutrients in the water (nitrates, phosphates, etc) that are causing the algael blooms.
