Bettas forget it they will rip the fins off the betta, nothing with flowy fins should be put with Angels in my opinion. Depending on the size of the barbs and the the tetras they should. Remember Angels are cichlids and can be aggressive, especially if a pair forms, a good rule of thumb to remember is this if an Angel thinks it can eat something it will.

In my opinion they too will pick at the fins of the betta, the larger barbs as well as larger tetras will also nip at the betta

Bala sharks grow to 14 - 16 inches and is a schooling fish, they do best in groups of 5 or more. If you keep them singly or in an aquarium that is too small for them they may become aggressive towards other fishes, take bites out of them or may even eat the smaller fishes.

I have small angels with tetras and small bala sharks . I have a red tail shark and 3 rainbow sharks in with them too . They do good while they are small but when they get bigger they start to get a little aggressive so I move them . If you have them in a big tank it helps. I got them in a 180 gal tank .
